The urethra is the muscular tube that conveys urine from the bladder to the opening on the penis (males) or vagina (female) from which urine is passed. A urethral stricture causes this tube to become increasingly narrow over time, resulting in obstruction.

How do you treat urethral strictures?

• Allium stent: An allium stent is an expansive, self-expanding metal stent made to resolve bulbar urethral strictures. Allium stents are designed specifically for chronic strictures along the pathway of the bulbar urethra.
